Who is the Wilderness Crier?

The Wilderness Crier is a somewhat disturbed and one-third anonymous individual who decided to spend his time and a minimum amount of money to create a website where he can share his opinion on the world in general and in doing so hopes to be "the voice of one crying in the wilderness."

Why does he exist?

His goal is to encourage, challenge, confuse, befuddle, and, when necessary, completely disorient his readers in the hopes that somehow he might be a means by which God glorifies Himself in this day and age.

How can we avoid any further contact with his madness?

You can't.

What does he do when he's not being odd?

Nothing, because he's always odd. At all times. In all places. To all people.

Fine then, what does he do when he's not being "The Wilderness Crier?"

He assumes his alter ego, that of Brian Thomas,  mild-mannered husband and father who does his best to pastor a local church in South Arkansas.

This cleverly-conceived dual-identity is an avid consumer of stories told in a variety of mediums (books, movies, audio dramas, and imagined conversations between fellow restaurant patrons), and also an abnormally average seminary student.
